Interference filters

Our company develops and manufacture interference filters basic for IR spectrum range between 1,0 - 5,0 microns. Filters are made on the substrates from Silicon, Quarts, Sapphire and Germanium. On the custom request we also manufacture complex filters form several parts. We are manufacturing band filters, long and short pass filters; we also are manufacturing AR coatings.

1. Band interference IR filters.

            Transforming of light in max of the band:    >= 70%
            Transforming outside of the band:                       <=0.1%
            Substrate:
                    - (Silicon, Quarts, Sapphire) with diameter 12mm; using aperture is on 1mm less than diameter;
                    - Silicon (a*b), where are (a, b) from 3 to 15mm;
                    - width of the substrate: 0,3 - 0,6mm;
            Operating temperature range: -40 ... +60oC

Parameters of the band interference filters are represented in the table below.

2. Long and short pass interference IR filters.
